Pain Deva Path 1619 states he can push target opposing ninja. As i understand it and have played for years is he can push only opposing the user ninjas. I have seen a vid on youtube using this Deva Path to push ninja fighting in another team on the battlefield. Is this legit? I know the Deva doesn't state opposing the user, but target opposing ninja should mean the same, no?
